About Ty Coed-63
Ty Coed-63 is our family owned authentic two bed Norwegian log cabin offering Self Catering Accommodation, located on the Trawsfynydd Holiday Village in the southern half of the Snowdonia National Park, North Wales.
Located on the upper half of the village Ty Coed-63 has spectacular mountain views, looking out across the fields towards Cadair Idris, Diffwys and the Rhinogydd mountain range.
Ideally placed to explore everything this special part of Wales has to offer with stunning beaches, picturesque villages, mountains and extreme sports with an added bonus for keen mountain bikers, we are just 2 miles from Coed y Brenin.
Ideal spot for watching the night sky, and is accredited as part of the Snowdonia Dark Sky Reserve.
Please note all electricity, bed linen and towels are included.

The cabin will sleep a max of 4 guests

Kitchen
You will find a well equipped modern kitchen with built in oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, fridge with ice box, Tassimo coffee machine (bring your own pods please) and an induction hob with extractor fan.
Fold away table and four chairs in the dining area.
Entertainment
A telescope to gaze at the night sky!
Free to use Wifi with a 43in smart TV, DVD player, Sound bar (with Bluetooth) in lounge area with Freesat and Netflix/Prime Video and Disney Plus enabled (Own streaming accounts must be used).
A selection of board games, books and puzzles too!
Smart electric radiators provide heat throughout with an electric log burner in the lounge area to add ambience.
We provide extra blankets for guests to use on those chiller nights whilst out watching the night sky.
Both bedrooms are equipped with a 28in smart TV, USB charge sockets. A hair dryer and a safe can be found in bedroom 1.
The shower room has an electric shower, heated towel rail and an illuminated demister mirror with shaver point.
Parking
The dedicated parking space is located close by via a steep gravelled incline.
Pets
We are happy to accept max two well behaved dogs. A 3.5 acre secure dog walking area can be found on the site close to the reception.
Outside
There is a seating area with a table, 4 chairs and a parasol on the raised decking and dining area with a picnic bench on the gravelled area to the side with the use of an electric BBQ.
We have a secured area under the decking to store bicycles.
There is also an outside tap if needed.
The site has a small reception providing basic groceries. A small launderette and a bistro.
